They are treating her for meningitis, but not the kind that you typically think of. This comes from the opening of the dura. From what I've read online, it is supposedly fairly easy to treat and she's on some mega antibiotics. We also just got back from the MRI and are waiting to hear from the neurosurgeon. Ken and I have had about two hours sleep and are exhausted mentally and physically.
