Abby is asleep on her Elmo couch and we are finally relaxing for more than two seconds. The only reason my eyes are still open at 9 pm is that Abby has another antibiotic due at 11. It will take 30 minutes to run in, so I may get to sleep by midnight. =)
Everything is set up with home health--although I still have paperwork to fill out and send back. That can wait until the morning though. I just don't think I have the energy tonight.
Abby was bursting with smiles and giggles when we pulled into the drive way. She was excited to see Cody and Pappy...probably the house itself, too. When we got her home, she did walk on her own some. As she was crossing the living room floor she said "Abby slow". She knows that she hurts, and that is okay.

Great news, Eileen! I'm sure Abby was happy to see familiar surroundings. Update us when you can.
Uncle Michael says Abby understands you're not trying to torture her! She knows she hurts, but she knows it isn't because of you. Soon Abby will be saying, "Abby, fast!" and then you'll really have your hands full. Let's hope she gives her self some ramp up time, and waits for two weeks before she kicks it into high gear.
We're so glad you're home. I know you're weary, and you'll probably continue to be that, but you're home, surrounded by people who love you so much.
Hooray!
Aunt Susan
I am sure that Pappy was happy to see Abby too.
Rest well little Bunkie.
Love & Prayers - V.
