Is she fixed?

Yes and no. Today was our follow up appointment with Dr. Jane and Sarah Roberts. They say that her incision is completely healed and that she can have free reign at this point. They are recommending some physical therapy for her. Also, we have to see an orthopedic doctor, Dr. Abel. Dr. Abel will determine if her sacrum needs surgery to reconstruct it or not. We do not need another MRI for a year, so that is good. It was almost bittersweet saying goodbye to Dr. Jane and Sarah today. They've been so great over these past few months. I hope that Dr. Abel has a bedside manner that is comparable.

August sixth is that never fun urodynamics test. Say a little prayer that things look better on that, please. The way Abby's bladder has been effected is eliminating any chance of potty training right now. She knows she has to go, she just can't go.

Eileen and Ken,
Every little bit of good news is a giant step forward. We'll be praying about the urodyanmics test. I am interested to know more about this. We'll talk at the beach!!!!!!!
